For Meta and Instagram integrations, we may process limited account and comment data needed to operate our own professional accounts, including media IDs, comment IDs, usernames, comment text, reply text, timestamps, and reply IDs.

To operate, maintain, and improve the VAXA website.
To manage comments, replies, and moderation on VAXA-controlled Instagram professional accounts through official Meta APIs.
To prevent duplicate replies and keep operational logs for account management.

Meta and Instagram data

When our app uses Meta or Instagram APIs, it only uses data necessary for the requested account-management function. For comment management, this means retrieving comment IDs and related comment metadata on media owned by accounts we manage, then using those IDs to post threaded replies or perform moderation actions.

We do not sell Meta or Instagram data. We do not use it for third-party advertising profiles. We do not share it with unrelated third parties.

Storage and retention

Operational data may be stored in secure local systems or service logs for as long as needed to provide the requested function, avoid duplicate actions, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal or platform obligations. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed.

Service providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, communication, automation, and platform integrations. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
